Ticket purchase
All tickets are unique digital products. Once sold, a ticket cannot be transferred or repurchased. Your ticket remains securely stored unless physical delivery is requested.
Results and winnings
Results are published on the results page with a downloadable PDF. Winnings are credited per the result configuration — automatically or after claim verification.
Payments
Payments are processed via FalconPay. A transaction is final once marked completed by the gateway.
Prohibited conduct
Fraudulent payments, chargebacks or duplicate accounts may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
