Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases: failed payment where funds were deducted, cancelled orders before ticket assignment, and prizes wrongly configured by the operator.

Refund process

Approved refunds are credited to your wallet automatically, and a refund transaction appears in your ledger. In exceptional cases refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Non-refundable

Once a ticket is assigned to you, the purchase is final. Unused tickets cannot be refunded after a draw concludes.
